Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery

Image Express aims to prepare and dispatch eligible online orders as quickly as possible. Our existing terms state that customers should allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier or postal delays.

Shipping charges

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment. Oversized, fragile or custom printed items may require a separate delivery quotation.

Click & Collect

Where offered, customers may choose collection from an available Image Express store. We will notify you when the order is ready.

Custom orders

Production begins after suitable artwork and order details are received. We may contact you if a supplied file is unsuitable.

Delivery problems

If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact imageexpress.ie@gmail.com.
