3. Termination of Membership

You warrant that you own or have permission to use the copyright for all images or photographs you upload.

• We do not claim ownership of your images but require a license to reproduce, display, and print them as part of the service.
• We are not liable for unauthorized use or distribution of your images by third parties.

5. Copyright Claims

If we receive a copyright infringement complaint, we will notify the member involved. Failure to resolve the issue within 60 days may result in suspension or termination of the account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, trade names, and logos on this site are the property of their respective owners and cannot be used without permission. Content on this site is protected by copyright and proprietary rights.

7. Alterations to Terms and Conditions

12. Delivery

Allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
For international orders, additional VAT, GST, or customs charges may apply.

13. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for manufacturing defects. Refunds are not provided for:

• Customer errors (e.g., low-resolution images, typos)
• Orders canceled after processing
